STANDARD DELIVERY

Our standard delivery rates include postage, packaging, picking and packing your order. All items are shipped within 5-10 working days upon receipt of your order. Occasionally delays are incurred due to damaged garments, supplier stock levels and shipping delays.

All custom charges are to be PAID by the customer. If the customer chooses not to pay the custom charges and the item is returned we will refund the items minus the returns postage cost and any other fees incurred. If ordering from Europe/Ireland or worldwide PLEASE bare in mind the added custom/vat fees, we have no control over the amount charged.

RETURNS

Whilst we hope you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that there may be times when you want to return items. You can return goods for whatever reason and at any time within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding original postage costs) or exchange, providing that you contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order and that the goods are received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition.
Items ordered outside of the available size range are considered bespoke and not returnable. It is recommended to check the measurements chart prior to ordering. 
Items damaged due to washing incorrectly are not returnable. Please read the washing / care instructions on the product page.
In order to arrange a return, please head to the Returns & Exchange Portal with your order number and e-mail address and follow the instructions on there. 
Tips for returning your item:-

• The returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, and be returned in the original packaging.

• We recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit, nor do we cover the cost of returning goods.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed, within 7 days of receiving and approving the returned item(s). We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by credit card companies whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card. Postage & Packaging will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item(s) please head to the Returns & Exchange Portal and complete the form to request an exchange. Please follow the instructions and return the item(s) in perfect condition – unworn, in saleable condition and original packaging with your returns form and a note of the exchange required. 

When returning any items, we recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit, nor do we cover the cost of returning goods.

Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be processed. Please allow 10+ working days from receipt of your parcel to dispatch. This depends on how busy I am but please know I’m doing my best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible! 

Do not dry clean. Our garments should never be dry cleaned. The harsh temperature and chemicals that are used during dry clean just do not mix well with printed designs. 

Wash and dry garments inside out. By turning the garment inside out, you’re giving the design a layer of protection during the wash. While washing and drying clothes, they’re rubbing up against each other and that abrasion during washing can cause your design to peel prematurely or the fabric to bobble. 

Choose cold or warm water temperature settings for the wash. When washing garments that have our designs on them, you don’t want your water temperature to exceed 60 degrees. High temperatures can weaken the adhesive which can cause the design to peel or crack.

Use mild detergent.  And avoid Fabric Softner if possible as this weakens the adhesive. You should also avoid bleach and stain removers in order to make the vinyl last as long as possible.

 

Use a colour run sheet.  This will ensure that the colour from the garment doesn’t run and stain any white on the garment or any light colours design. 

 

Tie Dye may fade.  The sweaters are hand dyed so each sweater will be slightly different to the next. Some may be more vibrant than others. These sweaters have only been rinsed so please cool hand wash separately and be aware that the colour may fade, however this gives it it's own identity making it a beautifully bespoke piece that only you own.

Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang dry. Just like when washing, you won’t want to dry your htv garments on high heat. If you stick with tumble dry or low heat, you should be good to go. If possible, you can hang dry your garments for best results. Hang drying should minimise any wrinkles you see in the design after washing. I prefer to tumble dry on low to keep my garments feeling lovely and soft. 

Do not iron directly on the design. High heat from an iron will melt the design and or burn the adhesive. If your design has wrinkled slightly due to the garment shrinking, try ironing the design using a piece of baking paper and make sure to use a low heat without the steam function on.
